Around The Town: Fighting BDS

Rabbi David Komerofsky, former UT Hillel director and spiritual leader of San Antonio Temple Chai, provided informative information on BDS, Nov. 3 at Congregation Ahavath Sholom (see related story on p. 5). More than 140 people packed the chapel at the synagogue.
The program was organized by Debby Rice, with her Fort Worth Chapter of Hadassah hat on and sponsored in partnership with Beth-El Congregation, B’nai B’rith–Isadore Garsek Lodge, Congregation Ahavath Sholom, Congregation Beth Israel, Congregation Beth Shalom, Jewish Federation of Fort Worth & Tarrant County, JWI–Jewish Women International, Lil Goldman Early Learning Center, Southwest Jewish Congress, TCU Hillel and UNT-Denton Hillel.
