He will remain a director and qualified employee of JLL Nevada, LLC, and the Dallas JLL Nevada branch office for the foreseeable future.
Fleisher started JLL’s REIB group in Dallas when JLL acquired his advisory firm, Quadrant Realty Finance, in 2013.  During his tenure at JLL, he assisted in growing the group’s production to over $4 billion annually, with 12 producers and 22 total employees.  Fleisher was also successful in expanding the Capital Markets team which now includes multifamily, office, retail and industrial investment sales professionals.
JLL’s complete Capital Markets suite now comprises over 50 employees. Fleisher was also the driving force in the opening of JLL’s REIB business in Nevada where he serves as a director and qualified employee.
Fleisher stated, “I came to JLL with the Dallas Capital Markets team still in its infancy and we assembled one of the pre-eminent REIB offices in the country with a complimentary investment sales platform.  I want to thank JLL for the opportunity and wish my teammates continued growth and success.”
In the next chapter of a distinguished career in real estate finance, Fleisher has once again started a boutique real estate investment banking company.  Hamilton Realty Finance will specialize in the origination of real estate debt and equity financing and advisory assignments for Fleisher’s core, long-term client base.  Fleisher provides a high level of service that is unique in the marketplace and has attracted a dedicated group of clients that seek creative financial solutions and innovative thinking. Hamilton is actively recruiting experienced production personnel to expand the group to a maximum of 20 team members.
Fleisher was recently instrumental in the formation of Quadrant Mezzanine Partners (“QMP”), a small balance mezzanine lending platform.  QMP provides mezzanine loans up to $5 million on cash flowing properties throughout the U.S..  QMP expects to take advantage of the upcoming $900 billion wave of commercial real estate loans maturing within the next 24 months.  Fleisher will oversee the origination, underwriting, operations, closing and servicing of QMP’s platform.  Through September 2016, QMP has originated over $21 million in mezzanine loans.  “I am very excited about the opportunity to launch and grow two real estate finance businesses and also have the opportunity to once again work with Michael and Sharon Young, as well as Howard Rachofsky.”
Over the last 15 years, Fleisher, Rachofsky and the Youngs have started and sold several finance businesses including RETax Funding, a Texas-based tax lien lender; Quadrant Residential Properties, a company that purchased non-performing residential and auto loans; and Quadrant Logistics Partners, a company that purchased and leased rental homes.  In addition, Fleisher, Rachofsky and the Youngs, along with Chad Cook (Managing Partner) founded Quadrant Investment Properties, a commercial real estate investment company that owns industrial and office buildings in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex.
Fleisher is married to Lisa Fleisher and they are the parents of Marlee and Jonah. A member of Shearith Israel, he is an avid athlete and recently completed his first Iron Man competition. “It was one of the hardest, most rewarding things I’ve done in my life so far,” said Randy.
