The Jewish Federation of Greater Dallas Women’s Philanthropy Division will hold its 2026 Women’s Mission to Las Vegas April 12–14.
Designed to inspire, connect and empower women leaders in Jewish Dallas, the mission blends leadership development, philanthropy and Jewish values in a unique setting.
Las Vegas native Beri Schwitzer, executive director of the Dallas Jewish Historical Society, will serve as guide, sharing the little-known story of Jewish Las Vegas and the Jewish leaders, visionaries and changemakers who helped shape the city.
The curated itinerary will include behind-the-scenes tours, private briefings with Jewish leaders and special cultural experiences highlighting resilience, partnership and impact. Participants will return to Dallas with new connections, practical tools and renewed inspiration for their community work.
“This mission is about turning inspiration into action,” said Karin Lester, senior director of Women’s Philanthropy and Leadership. “Las Vegas offers the perfect setting to learn from national leaders, build meaningful networks and bring home ideas that strengthen Jewish Dallas. When women show up together, we amplify our collective impact.”
