More than 2,500 volunteers of all ages participated in the Jewish Federation of Greater Dallas’ Centennial Mitzvah Day celebrating 100 years of the Federation in Dallas. Ninety-five projects and venues around the city filled rapidly as everyone worked together to lend a hand both large and small. Spokes for Folks drew a large group of volunteers. Most of these girls attend The Hockaday School and were encouraged to participate by Sara Satinsky.
